JENNIFER DUNCAN
Senior Consultant & Partner
Hello! I’m Jennifer Duncan, a creative professional specializing in 508 compliance and accessible design.
With a strong agency background and deep expertise in accessibility, I’ve built and led multiple 508 departments — ensuring organizations stay compliant while delivering engaging, high-quality content.
Accessibility isn’t just a requirement — it’s a necessity. I’m passionate about bridging the gap between design, compliance, and user experience, helping organizations create content that is both inclusive and impactful.
Coming from a family of service, I deeply value dedication, resilience, and meaningful impact. My grandfather served in the Navy, and my adopted sister is in the Air Force. Outside of work, I give back through food insecurity initiatives and dog rescues, having fostered five dogs and continuing to advocate for animal welfare.
When I’m not designing or championing accessibility, you’ll find me experimenting in the kitchen — I love to cook almost as much as I love to create!
Let’s work together to make this world more accessible for everyone.
